ABOUT ME. I’m passionate and dedicated to helping children, individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges, whether that’s coping with stress, healing from trauma, or managing major life transitions.
As a Marine Corps combat veteran and former Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC), I bring a unique understanding of the military community and the emotional complexities that active duty service members and their families experience. My work is grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and create a life that feels balanced, confident, and fulfilling.
MY APPROACH. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focusing on mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and strength-based practices. My goal is to help clients build resilience, reconnect with their inner strengths, and develop tools to manage life’s stressors effectively.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, communication challenges, or major transitions, I offer practical strategies and a collaborative, nonjudgmental space to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. I meet each client where they are at; providing compassion, understanding, and realistic guidance that supports long-term growth.
MY EXPERIENCE. I have over eight years of experience in the mental health field, working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My professional background includes extensive experience counseling military members, veterans, and their families, as well as survivors of trauma and sexual assault. This combination of clinical training and lived experience allows me to connect authentically with clients from all walks of life, particularly those navigating the unique pressures and transitions of military service or high-stress environments.
