INSIDE THE MIND OF A NARCISSIST:
SUPPORT GROUP FOR SURVIVORS OF NARCISSISTIC ABUSE
Attend a support group/group therapy in a warm and welcoming setting. Learn how to survive current or past abuse by a person(s) with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), rather it be Spouses/Partners, Parents/Family of Origen, Friends, Bosses/Co-workers. Learn about Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome and Complex PTSD symptoms. Receive an overview of NPD as presented in the DSM-5, popular culture and other research. Learn pop culture terminology to understand and master the psyche of a Narcissist. Learn survivor strategies and techniques that will repel Narcissist(s) and other toxic people, decrease negative responses. Take your life back. Kickstart the healing and recovery process. (Level: Beginner to Intermediate)

ADULT CHILDREN OF NARCISSISTIC PARENTS/FAMILIES
SURVIVORS OF “FAMILY OF ORIGEN” NARCISSISTIC ABUSE
Attend a support group/group therapy in a warm and welcoming setting. This support group is for the adult children of Narcissistic and/or emotionally immature parents/families of origin only. (Level: Beginner to Advanced)
- Learn how to survive current or past abuse by a parents(s) with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD).
- Learn about Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome and Complex PTSD symptoms that develop in your adulthood due to exposure to Narcissistic parenting.
- Receive an overview of NPD as presented in the DSM-5, popular culture and other research. Learn pop culture terminology to understand and master the psyche of a Narcissist.
- Learn how to give Reiki treatments to both yourself and others.
- Learn survivor strategies and techniques necessary to manage “low contact” and “no contact” with Narcissistic/emotionally immature parent(s).
- Learn how to kick start the healing and recovery process and finally begin moving on with your own life.

REIKI CERTIFICATION TRAINING: LEVEL I
BECOME A CERTIFIED TRADITIONAL USUI REIKI PRACTIONER
Reiki Level 1 students will:
- Be taught the history of Usui Reiki.
- Be taught the principles that govern the practice of Reiki.
- Understand both the basic and more complex philosophies concerning the body’s energy and how it impacts the healing process.
- Learn how to give Reiki treatments to both yourself and others.
- Receive live demonstrations and practice of Reiki treatments.
- Receive a Reiki Level 1 Attunement.
- Receive a Reiki Level 1 Certification/Certificate of Completion.
- Course includes Reiki Level 1 booklet/binder.
