Online Counseling
The Mindbodyology™ client portal allows registered clients to access online counseling services with their assigned Mindbodyologist and/or licensed therapist.
- Easily accessed by registered clients through the any internet connection on a computer, laptop, smart phone or tablet.
- Available through the client portal in addition to, or in place of, face-to-face office visits.
- Offered via 3 different formats: Video Conferencing, Real-Time Chat & by Phone.
- Provided 7 days a week, Monday – Sunday, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm (Pacific Time).
- Covered by some insurance carriers
- Delivered by a HIPAA compliant, encrypted, highly confidential and secure client portal system !
- User friendly – the Client Portal allows registered clients to receive appointment reminders and confirmations, cancel/reschedule appointments, pay fees, complete documentation, send messages, journal and access online video counseling.
