About Me. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works collaboratively with my clients to improve their mental health and increase wellbeing. I have extensive experience working with individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem/self-acceptance challenges. I strive to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I meet my clients where they are, with compassion and unconditional positive regard, and greatly appreciate the opportunity to help individuals find ways to cultivate hope for, and belief in, the possibility of change.
My Approach. I see my clients from a strengths-based, person-centered perspective. I utilize a variety of beneficial, evidence-based approaches with an understanding of one’s whole self and lifetime of experiences being a part of individual strength and ability to make change. I am certified in yoga through a trauma informed lens and understand the benefit of helping one’s body to help one’s mind and how fostering connection with self through presence can be transformational in a multitude of ways. My work includes integration of interventions to foster one’s sense of self-understanding and belief in their strengths and abilities
The Meaning I Find in My Work. I am dedicated to collaborating with my clients towards empowerment and change, for improved mental health and wellbeing. It is an honor and a privilege to be allowed to support individuals as they take their journey toward feeling better. Thank you for considering me as a possible partner in your transformation to your hopes and goals.
