ABOUT ME. I am a passionate and dedicated Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, adolescents, and their families. I earned my graduate degree from Pepperdine University, where I developed a strong foundation in both evidence-based and insight-oriented therapeutic approaches. My work is grounded in the belief that everyone has the ability to grow, heal, and develop resilience when provided with a safe, supportive space. I strive to create a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
MY APPROACH. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices to help clients build emotional awareness, coping skills, and insight into patterns that may be impacting their relationships and daily functioning. I tailor my approach to each child or teen’s developmental needs, strengths, and goals.
I am deeply committed to supporting not only my clients, but also their families, recognizing that growth often happens within relationships. My goal is to help children and adolescents feel more confident, emotionally regulated, and connected both at school and beyond.
MY EXPERIENCE. My professional background includes working in school-based mental health settings, where I have supported children, teens, and families navigating emotional, behavioral, and social challenges. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the unique stressors young people face in academic environments, as well as the importance of collaboration with caregivers and support systems to promote meaningful and lasting change and experience working with diverse populations.
