ABOUT ME. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s most challenging moments.
I take pride in being a culturally responsive and ethically grounded therapist, fostering a safe and inclusive environment for clients from all backgrounds. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking growth, I’m here to support your journey with clarity, care, and intention.
Prior to private practice, I served as a Command Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC), providing support and advocacy for service members impacted by sexual trauma. I’m deeply compassionate about the well-being and success of military personnel and their families—not only through my clinical work, but also as a proud military spouse and mother.
MY EXPERIENCE. My expertise is in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I utilize a blend of CBT, DBT, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches. I have deep experience working in military culture, crisis response, and sexual trauma.
MY APPROACH. In my work with clients, I provide compassionate support with a focus on real progress and practical tools. My approach is compassionate, relational, and grounded in genuine care. I specialize in helping clients reduce anxiety, lift depression, process trauma, and reconnect with their true selves through emotional insight. I also facilitate Clinical Supervision for associate therapist and trainees that is grounded in ethical, strength focused clinical development.
