ABOUT ME. I’m here to help you reconnect—with yourself first, and then with the people who matter most to you. I believe that meaningful relationships begin from within, and when we deepen our understanding of who we are—our patterns, needs, wounds, and strengths—we naturally begin to shift how we relate to others. As an associate therapist, I’m committed to helping clients build stronger, more authentic connections by first nurturing a more compassionate and empowered relationship with themselves. Whether this is your first experience in therapy or you’re returning to continue your growth, I honor the bravery it takes to seek support. Reaching out is an act of strength, and I’m here to walk beside you with care and respect every step of the way.
MY APPROACH. Therapy with me is always tailored to fit you. I draw from a range of modalities, adapting our work to support your unique goals, needs, and lived experiences. My style combines warmth, directness, humor, and deep compassion. I believe in co-creating a space that feels safe, affirming, and real—where you can show up fully and feel seen. As a queer therapist, I have a deep passion for supporting the LGBTQ+ community in all its diversity. Whether you’re exploring gender, sexual identity, navigating the coming-out process, or simply want a therapist who “gets it,” I’m here to support you without judgment and with genuine understanding.
MY EXPERIENCE. My background is rooted in supporting youth and families. After earning my Bachelor’s in Family and Human Services from the University of Oregon, I spent years working with children of all ages—from infants to teens—across a variety of settings. I bring a down-to-earth, relational style that helps young people feel at ease, even in situations that may feel awkward or unfamiliar. I love helping kids and teens find their voice and supporting families in building stronger, more connected relationships. I specialize in supporting young clients and their families through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. After receiving my Master’s in Social Work from Portland State University, I expanded my work to include individual adults. I now support clients in unpacking childhood wounds, navigating interpersonal challenges, managing stress, anxiety, and depression, and making sense of past and present experiences with compassion and insight.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. I believe strongly that our challenges don’t exist in a vacuum—they’re shaped by cultural, generational, familial, and societal influences. That’s why I take a systemic lens to therapy, helping you explore how your environment and history have shaped your current experience. Together, we’ll use tools like mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and self-compassion to help you understand what’s happening and begin to shift it. You don’t have to carry it all alone—we’ll unpack it together, at your pace.
