ABOUT ME. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, and Lead Clinician at Mindbodyology.   I received my Master of Arts from Western Kentucky University have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 1996 and provided services in child welfare settings involving abused and neglected children and parents who experienced addiction, trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety.

I also attended Cottonwood Christian Center School of Ministry. In June 2005, I received my diploma in Ministry Training.  I have so much compassion for the Military, Veterans and their families due to my life of residing on military bases and living in military communities. I am very familiar with the military lifestyle and culture.

MY APPROACH.  I have a calm, positive and optimistic approach. I believe in meeting clients where they are and acknowledge their courage to take the steps to heal their hearts. I believe in divine intervention, and it is not by chance that I have the privilege to guide, empower, and uplift the clients that I serve.  I have a client-centered approach.  I believe in team work makes the dream work and the dream work is for clients to feel better.

JOURNEY WITH ME.  I am an empathetic and compassionate therapist who uses specific interventions that fit my client’s needs and promotes restorative health. I am passionate about using a strengths-based, person-centered approach, for treating my clients. By using this approach, I encourage my clients to internally initiate the healing process and to reach their therapeutic goals. I recognize the significance of identifying an individual’s unique journey and I use a culturally sensitive lens to help tailor treatment goals to the person in front of me. I believe healing incorporates not just the mind, but the body and soul as well. I hope to create a safe and caring atmosphere where clients feel unrestricted and unobstructed in discovering and identifying their feelings and thoughts that lead to emotional challenges.  I cant wait to begin our journey together!

For Me Becoming Isnt About

Arriving Somewhere….

Or Achieving A Certain Aim.

I See It Instead As

A Forward Motion…..

A Means of Evolving……

A Way to Reach Contiuously

Towards a Better Self.

  The Journey Doesnt End…..
