ABOUT ME. I am a passionate and compassionate Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I earned my graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from National University and have experience supporting clients across different stages of life.
I believe every person has a unique story and deserves a therapeutic space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and collaborative environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves, exploring their experiences, recognizing their strengths, and working toward meaningful change.
MY APPROACH. My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, and strength-based interventions, while tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs, developmental level, strengths, and goals.
I work with clients to better understand their emotions, recognize their strengths, develop healthy coping and problem-solving skills, and strengthen emotional regulation and relationships. I believe that trust and genuine connection are important parts of the therapeutic process and strive to meet each client where they are.
MY EXPERIENCE. My professional background includes working in school-based, outpatient, and residential settings with individuals experiencing a variety of emotional, behavioral, social, academic, and life challenges. My clinical experience includes individual and play-based therapy, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.
