- Clinical Supervisor -

ABOUT ME. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with extensive experience providing mental health services to children, individuals, and families. My clinical work has focused heavily on trauma-informed care, including trauma-related diagnoses, dissociative disorders, attachment-related concerns, and the unique needs of children and families involved in adoption, foster care, and kinship care. I have also worked with families experiencing addiction, child welfare involvement, and other significant life challenges.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology. I have continued to expand my clinical training throughout my career, including EMDR training, Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics training, Motivational Interviewing, and Triple P parenting interventions.

I am also passionate about ongoing education and professional development. In addition to my clinical practice, I strive to support the next generation of mental health clinicians. I experienced the impact of amazing people pouring into me and I want to be that person for others as well.

MY APPROACH.  I believe that every person has a unique story, and effective therapy begins by meeting each client where they are. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I believe clients deserve to feel heard, respected, and safe as they explore the experiences that have shaped them.

I recognize that healing is not always a straight path. My role is not to tell clients who they should be, but to walk alongside them as they develop greater understanding, build upon their strengths, and discover meaningful ways to move forward. I believe in looking at the whole person and considering the connections between emotional, relational, behavioral, physical, spiritual, and environmental experiences.

JOURNEY WITH ME.  I am an empathetic and compassionate therapist who works to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore difficult experiences without judgment. My clinical experience has allowed me to work with a diverse range of individuals and families, and I recognize the importance of tailoring treatment to the person sitting in front of me.

I have a particular passion for trauma treatment and helping clients understand how past experiences can influence present-day emotions, relationships, behaviors, and patterns of coping. I draw from evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions and incorporate approaches that fit each client’s individual needs and goals.

I also value culturally responsive care and recognize that family, community, relationships, personal beliefs, and life experiences all contribute to an individual’s journey. My hope is to help clients recognize their strengths, develop greater self-awareness, and feel empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.

For Me Becoming Isnt About

Arriving Somewhere….

Or Achieving A Certain Aim.

I See It Instead As

A Forward Motion…..

A Means of Evolving……

A Way to Reach Contiuously

Towards a Better Self.

  The Journey Doesnt End…..
